These terms (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Afridazzles (“we”, “us”) and any orders you place through it. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility and account
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us promptly at concierge@afridazzles.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Products, pricing, and availability
We aim to display accurate descriptions, images, and prices. However, occasional errors may occur. We may correct mistakes, refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe are erroneous, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms, and will notify you where we cancel and process any refund you are entitled to.
4. Orders and contract
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order acceptance (for example, a confirmation email). Risk of loss and title to goods pass in line with the delivery terms stated at checkout or in your order communication.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. You agree to their terms and to provide accurate billing information. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.
6. Shipping and returns
Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout where applicable. Statutory rights (including cancellation rights for consumers where applicable) are not limited by these Terms. Any additional commercial returns policy we publish on the site forms part of your understanding of how returns work alongside applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
Content on this site (including text, graphics, logos, and photography) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or exploit it without our prior written consent, except as allowed by applicable mandatory exceptions.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security, use automated means in a way that burdens our infrastructure, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability arising in connection with these Terms or the site is limited to the greater of amounts you paid to us for the relevant order or one hundred pounds sterling (£100), except where a different mandatory minimum applies for consumers.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Courts in England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction; consumers may also bring proceedings in their home courts where EU or UK rules allow.
